Ship Bikes
By shipping via FedEx Ground your box is delivered in 1 to 6 business days to any address within the contiguous USA. The least expensive, most secure container for shipping or traveling with delicate or high-value bike wheels. We also ship many other types of bicycle boxes that you might own, such as hardcases, bike shop boxes, and many more.
Services
The bicycle was road tested, completely disassembled, packed with paper and encased in foam pipe insulation. We sent the bicycle out to the customer believing all was well. However, the customer called back telling us that, though beautiful, the Waterford had a dent in the top tube. We apologized, but assured the customer not to worry because the bicycle was completely insured.
Shipbikes.com is the safest, most experienced, and most convenient way to ship your bicycle anywhere in the world. We ship to any destination at a great low price! Use our award-winning Aircaddy or XBike Shipper bicycle container or use your own. Why wait in long lines at the airport? Avoid the hassle.
Here are a few rave reviews from some of the over 50,000 customers who have used Aircaddy boxes and shipped their bicycles through ShipBikes.com. It was a breeze! The bike arrived a week later in an AirCaddy box that was well designed and easy to handle. It was almost effortless and the cost to pick it up was still even LESS than what I would have paid in Illinois sales tax!
Note: Because of the constant evolution of our products the materials and colors are subject to change without notice. Shipping rates are for the continental USA. Shipping to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii are additional cost. In order to ensure your bicycle stays protected and in the right hands we at Shipbikes.com are now offering the finest GPS tracking for all containers.
The K-9100 Compact AIRCADDY container is a safe, easy way to ship your bicycle. Using this patented system requires very little knowledge of bicycle mechanics; simply lower or remove the seat, rotate the handlebars back, and remove the front wheel. All of your bicycle's precise derailleur and brake adjustments are unaffected, and your pedals are not removed.

My bike failed to get to the destination for 3 months. In the meanwhile it was sent back and forth between East and West coasts and got scratched and badly damaged. To get updates on the shipment, I made over 15 calls to ShipBikes. A couple of these times, the customer service was really rude and made it sound as if this was my fault. The claims process is far from easy - I have to bring the damaged bike to a bike shop and get a bike shop's representative to call FedEx and confirm that the bike is beyond repair. TLDR: please don't rely on ShipBikes' services unless you want to lose countless hours

Recently used Shipbikes to send my bike from eastern PA to my daughter in San Jose CA and was extremely pleased with the service. I did my own packing using recycled bike carton, ordered the shipping label online thru Shipbikes (cost was very reasonable), had FedEx pickup at my home. My daughter received the bike one week later at her home in San Jose undamaged. Would definitely recommend Shipbikes.com to anyone needing to ship a bike. ❤️👏🏻

Tamar provided exemplary service! I had to file a claim with Fed Ex due to a damaged bike upon delivery. Ship Bikes served as my advocate and stayed ahead of the claim and status. They requested appropriate paperwork from me and inquired about additional pics which they knew would work to the benefit of the claim. Tamar provided me updates when there was a lull in the decision of the claim and encouragement to not lose hope. Fed Ex came back and awarded me my full claim amount without any personal visit or hassle. Ship Bikes set me up for success. This is truly an A+ company and is highly recommended

OK. I'm the proverbial cynic. If they can ship it cheap, I can ship it cheaper. Not true. I packed my bike in a modified refrigerator box (two halves of box, flipped) and I took it to a UPS distribution center. They said 48lbs, $238. Shipbikes cost $68 and included home pick up and $400 insurance. It may be too good to be true....but it's true.

Very great company. Way cheaper than shipping any other way, and the insurance is very useful. My bikes front wheel was bent during shipping, and after talking to bob I was easily able to claim my insurance money. 10/10 would use again.

Shipped my baby from West to East coast when I had to move home (thanks Rona!). ShipBikes was not only friendly and fair in recommending I get my bike packaged locally (as it is much cheaper that way, and supports local business) but they also hounded FedEx after they messed up my box SO badly during shipping that the bike needed heavy duty repair. Since FedEx is notorious for evading pay-outs for claims, I was super grateful for ShipBikes.com's INCREDIBLE team who kept on the ball and made sure I got my money. Wish there was another, more reliable and gentle way to ship bikes than with FedEx

Stay away. Recently shipped a bike, paid for $1,000 worth of insurance and while in transit FedEx ripped off the lower corner of the box, taking the attached small parts box with it. The small parts box was attached inside the main bike box. I filed a $260 claim and FedEx denied it. I provided pictures and FedEx even sent representatives out to see the damaged bike box. Ship Bikes.Com was of no help in getting this resolved and in fact, I went back and forth with them for several months. Ship Bikes kept telling me that they were working it and that is when they could find my file. Most often, they

Amazing person. While this isnt a bike repair shop, the person working here helped me out so much and fixed my bike's brakes.
Really amazing to meet such nice people in the world.

The process is simple, the price is very reasonable, the service is great, and the shipment results are fine. The price is dramatically lower than going directly to FedEx, UPS or the airlines. I have shipped my bike across the country about 14 times, and everything has been entirely satisfactory. I usually drop off and pickup at a FedEx store. Check with the FedEx store on their holding period (should be up to 5 days). Entirely eliminates huge airport and TSA headaches.

Have always used their services via the website, using my own boxes to ship. Best prices you can get shipping via FEDEX....(way more reliable than UPS from my experience). Never had a problem with over 50 bikes shipped.
