Chris Waymire and his team were spectacular. I was a first time home buyer and I was Chris w/ Triumph Lending were suggested to me by a mutual friend. Chris and the Triumph team were responsive and were very proactive in every stage of the deal. This guy is the real deal, I highly recommend financing through Chris!

Chris and his team at Triumph Lending are phenomenal!
1. We had a unique situation, and Chris was the only lender that was able to work it out.
2. On top of that, he structured my loan such that I was saving money.
3. We had the misfortune of having a terrible builder at first, and Chris was able to roll with the punches and seamlessly transition us into a new loan with a different house.
4. Chris has dealt with builders so he knew that when they promised me a closing date, it likely was going to get delayed. He did not lock in my rate and thus, saved me a lot of money in what would have been
