Jumbo Loans exceed the maximum loan amounts established by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac conventional loan limits. Rates on jumbo loans are typically higher than conforming loans. I tried to use this company to refi my existing home loans since mortgage rates are so low. I wanted to use a particular financial company recommended by a friend who is a mortgage broker in another state. I worked with Todd. I am not sure the truth of why he never could close my loan.
