Every interaction with this office was difficult. Their pitch is that they’ll provide excellent service when disaster strikes. And that they are close by and available if we had questions. But if you can’t handle the simple things, it doesn’t inspire a ton of confidence.
It was hard to get questions answered and there was the sense that the agent didn’t even really want to be bothered. Simple issues required multiple phone calls to get resolved because apparently the support staff was either reluctant or unwilling to ask our agent for help.

I just bought a 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer and needed to swap my insurance from my 1993 Jeep Cherokee. Mary was very nice and prompt in getting the new policy set up - including emailing a new ID card for proof of coverage. Randy Taylor runs a very nice office with an outstanding staff.

Had an unusual request for vehicle insurance coverage for an RV rental vacation coming up. Mary Griffith was our account representative, and she took this information, researched it, acquired the needed information and had us written coverage within 24 hours! It was very refreshing to work with a knowledgeable and professional individual, who actually cared about our situation.
