Staff is wonderful. Facilities are contemporary and clean lined- appealing. However, aside from Beverly shills, they are incredibly high priced. Botox-$700 no matter how little is used with a promise that you can come back for additional injections if the desired result is not achieved. The desired result wasn't achieved at any of my visits , but when I returned, the technician's reception was cold and defensive, making me feel very uncomfortable. I wanted to write a really honest review because this place has helped me with my skin issues until the very recent visit that still traumatizes me until now. I went in early 2020 to get a series of bbl laser treatments on my face due to using a high percentage retinol that ruined my face. I was turned around for being 13 minutes late. My visit was scheduled for a mole that has been growing. I have skin cancer history in my family, and this is a stressful, scary situation for me. I had been waiting for this appointment nervously for 2 weeks, and got out of the house 10 minutes late because I have a toddler at home with separation anxiety. I explained all this and what I got was "you would have been seen if you had gotten here on time." I am worried about the lack of empathy in a supposedly medical clinic and would definitely not bring my health concerns to them.

Had been going here for micro needling and very disappointed by my experience. In order to keep their clinic running on time, I was “numbed” for just 7 minutes (and I requested twice that they extend the time) and ended up in excruciating pain and tears during my actual service. They then had to stop the service and reapply the numbing cream for the requisite 20-30 minutes. It’s completely irresponsible for a healthcare provider to provide care in such a haphazard manner just to keep their logistics on track. I’d rather that they had me wait longer but be properly anesthetized than rushed

Dr.Icecreamwala is amazing! I found her on yelp and thought I give her office a visit. For years I have had issues with skin tags and acne. She was really helpful, she prescribed me a few things which work really well for my face. She even removed a lot of my skin tags. My face is so much better now. Much cleaner and no more breakouts.
I have tried couple of dermatologists in the Bay Area but they just didn't help with any of my issues. I would recommend Dr.Icecreamwala for all your needs.

Beautiful office space, kind staff, and great service. I went in for hormonal acne issues that had gotten out of hand over the last two years. I mentioned I didn't want any oral medication/intense treatment since it wasn't a severe case. Dr.Icecreamwala took note and put me on a routine that has cleared my skin! Very happy with my experience here.

I found Dr. Icecreamwala via Yelp & had high hopes due to all the 5 star reviews & of course did some more googling on her. I had been to 2 other dermatologists who had no idea what was on my chin / what to do. This normal monthly zit happened in December & never went away no matter what I did & let me tell you I am persistent on my skin care regimen. You can see in the picture how huge it was & totally brought my confidence down.

I would definitely recommend for those that have keloids to come here! I've had my keloids for awhile and was skeptical of going anywhere but decided to finally go here and I am glad I did because now they aren't hurting or as visible as before! Everyone there was nice and made sure I was comfortable when I came in and even after the appointment. I didn't feel rushed to leave or anything! Also..plenty of parking in the back!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Icecreamwala last week and left her business extremely impressed. I even recommended her practice to my wife. I have not visited the Berkeley location yet, but the Dublin location is very clean, welcoming, and loaded with technology. I love the design and layout of the office. You complete all paperwork via iPads which is a thousand times easier and more efficient than writing on a clip board. The WiFi is simple to log into and they have a water dispenser to refill your reusable water bottles. The restroom was also spotless.

I cannot say anything but awesome things about Dr. Icecreamwala! I suffered through horrible hormonal acne over the pandemic and have been so desperate to get my skin under control. I was being seen by the CA skin institute and was prescribed so many medications but nothing seemed to be working. I wanted to switch to a female derm to see if there would be any difference since the cause of my acne was hormonal and didn't really feel like my previous male derm cared enough about my condition and concerns

The office is amazing!! Gorgeous and everything runs super smoothly. I was very impressed. I had Hillary as my doc when I came in, and she was great at explaining my treatment options and making a plan of care for my skin.
It was also very convenient to get RX products from this practice; same day pick-up was easy to arrange! It's only been a couple weeks since I started treatment, and my skin has improved a ton.
