Heading up to PA on Sunday, late in the evening truck developed a major coolant leak. Had a suspicion it might be the water pump. I drive a F150 and there is a Ford Dealership nearby, but on Monday AM, AG opened before the dealership, so I called AG. Jeremy answered, said to bring it by and let them look at it, but they already had a full schedule for Monday. I explained my situation, several hours from home with still a long haul ahead to Wellsboro, PA. AG confirmed that it was indeed the water pump. I needed a new one and a serpentine belt. Our family broke down late in the evening on our way to Disney world. We were fortunate to safely make it off the highway but found ourselves stranded in Ashland, VA. After searching online for 24 hour repair shops no one answered their phone or returned our calls. We read some reviews on Ashland garage and decided to be at their door when they opened in the morning. We were immediately greeted and even though we didn’t have an appointment, they agreed to try to diagnose and correct our car. Discovered a leak in my car around the windshield area while visiting a friend in Ashland. They made an appointment for me the next day with Ashland Garage. I was surprised to walk in to a clean, welcoming reception area (drinks & snacks provided!) with a pleasant, helpful Jeremy behind the counter. They discovered that the leak was coming from a blocked drainage system on the sunroof, fixed it that day, easy check out, reasonable price - & I was on my way. Highly recommend this garage!

I was extremely impressed as soon as Jeremy answered the phone when I called about questions about my exhaust on my cargo van. They not only fixed my muffler but installed a well needed exhaust pipe. The pricing was right on as they fixed my transmission bracket also. I can say I’ve found my new mechanic for all my company needs. Thanks again!!!!!!!

My daughter is a student at nearby Randolph Macon College and when her car broke down I researched for a good local repair center. I had the car towed to Ashland Garage and they were quick to diagnose the problem and offered a fair price for the repair and willingly discussed alternate options. They gave me time to decide the best course of action with an older car. Will definitely be my local garage! Jeremy was great!

Ashland Garage is awesome! Great service, friendly staff and fast. I called to order a set of specific tires, and they had them in and ready in no time against a good price. I dropped the car off the night before with an easy drop off and it was done and ready before 10am the next morning!

We were traveling from Northern Va to Richmond and had an issue with a tire. We stopped there and late in the afternoon they still got us in and back on the road. Pleasant, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. They were more than fair, especially with an out of town customer they may never see again. I was treated better than most long time loyal customers are treated at other places.

I have received excellent service at Ashland Garage each time I’ve visited. The staff is incredibly helpful. They work with you for as long as it takes to figure out what that “noise” is your car is making. They have competitive pricing and service your car in a short amount of time.
