Nice facility and equipment but no communication from management. Worked there for 3 months and was never even told what time I should come in to work, when my health insurance would start, what jobs I should be working on, etc. They have a small CMM and 2D Linear Height Gage, but no one knows how to use the equipment. So, final part inspection is done at the machine using a tape measure or the probe on the machine if any parts are over 18 inches long. Employees are great but 80% of them are family members of the owner and are constantly looking over your shoulder, not to mention the 80 video camera
