I have been with them for years, Monica is the best !!! She is always there to help and quick to get back to me if she has to.There is No pressure just suggestions of what could work for the better for me, I carry my insurance on 2 cars and my house insurance threw them and have even been looking into life insurance. They are always very quick when it comes to adding something on to my policy. They are always very quick to dismiss me when it comes time to file a claim. I really don't understand what an agent does because it seems to me I have State Farm order takers. More often than not I am getting an answering system than a person. Yes they are friendly. I don't want a friend. I want an agent. A person who actually helps me with my problems.
