A few years ago when my sister Pat relocated back to Wisconsin I referred her to Vicki Kupfmueller with the State Farm office in Franklin, WI. Vicki has been my reliable full service agent for two decades. Recently on a Saturday lightening struck and damagd a tree in Pat's front yard. I told Pat much to her surprise she can contact State Farm 24/7 to informed them of the accident. Over the telephone a claim was submitted. Pat received a deposit in her bank account within a few days of calling them. My sister was impressed and pleased with the prompt response she received from State Farm in regards

We were so pleased when we found this State Farm agent. The process from the very beginning was easy and of course we saved money as well when we switched over to State Farm. I have a life insurance policy with this office and they are wonderful in helping you make the right choice based on your needs and not on their needs. When my billing information changed and the premium did not go through, I received a personal phone call from Pam Meyer to let me know that the billing information was not current. So, instead of letting my life insurance payments lapse, unbeknownst to me, I was able to update the billing information without a hitch! I would recommend Pam Meyer and this office to anyone who wants good, prompt and courteous service.
