The key card didn't work, when we went to replace it the front desk was empty. The front desk person came out after 15 mins of frantic door bell ringing! The room was a hazard. The big framed mirrors were left inclined against the wall which could have fallen on us and could have caused serious injury. Stay away from this place.

I stayed here for about 4 days. Was told over the phone it was $85.00 and when I showed up it was $104.00 when i renewed the following 3nights it was 120 and was told prices had gone up. Not to mention roaches and a fire happened down the hall and no one warned us to leave the room. This place will not be seeing any of my business any time soon

Microwave is outside by the office. People were trying to open the door to my room all night. There was a terrible flood im assuming followed as a result of a fire down the hall from my room and no warning was given to warn my wife and I of the danger. Need I say more? How about waking up mins before check-out and being charged the deposit for the room for being late.

ROACHES! ROACHES! WARNING!!!!! WORSE customer service, & DIRTY ROACH infested room. I’ve stayed here a couple of time the pass always quick checkin so never really doubt with staff I stayed here on Monday nov 1st checked in really late so I got in and went straight to bed. 11 am comes around so I wake up to pay for another night come back in and sleep for another hour or 2 wake up to get ready only got as far brushing my teeth within that small period of time seen multiple roaches so I stepped out to notify staff I didn’t feel comfortable continuing my stay and I’d like a refund he immediately

I've stayed here a couple times... Always polite staff. I feel the rooms could stand to be a bit cleaner. And I'd personally like to be able to take a bath and not just shower while there but was told there is some sort of plumbing issue so I can't and if there wasn't not like there is any sort of option to make it so the water stays in the tub such as a plug or stopper anyway.
