The room was clean and nice came with a fridge and a microwave the bed was really good would definitely come again! My only issue would be that this Indian not the super skinny one the other one was really the rude and when we went to go extend our stay he said 120 when online it said 69 but other than that it was really good I recommend booking online so you don't have to go through that

No washcloths, no hand towels. Noise all night long from the trucking business nextdoor. No room darkening drapes, suns up......you're up. An LED shop light is the room lighting. No lamps, no plugs. Burns on the bedspread. No plug in the bathroom for a hairdryer. My final issue was an ice machine that you pay to use , it is known by management to be out of order but they keep letting their guests pay for ice. How difficult is an "out of order" sign.
Never again would I stay here. You can walk to the Rose Bowl though.

With these kind of motels you usually are expecting the worst. This place is pretty good. Everything was clean. Clean sheets and clean towels. When you trying to save money that's the most important thing. Also, the room had a nice big screen in the room with a lot of different TV channels. You normally don't see that out of a motel. I would stay here again. It was pretty nice. I like the painting on the walls as well.

An outstanding value, very clean, big comfy bed, new bathroom with a TUB, oh how I love to soak! Microwave, fridge. Very adequate AC. Parking too! Near 210, traffic is audible but not annoying....and I am extremely sensitive to sound. May I say that I have been very bothered at times by really loud, persistent backup beepers which must now be standard in every truck or van made. Inescapable. Highly recommend this groovy place, less than a mile from all the fast food and groceries you want.

I called on 12/04/2020 trying to ask a question before booking. The guy that answered the phone handed the phone to the "Manager". The manager was nasty and extremely rude. I was looking to book a room for a week, but I guess is their lost. I will definitely never stay there. The manager replied back to me, come to here, what do you want, just come now. Is he mentally challenged?? That is the reason why I am calling before making the reservation because I am hundred miles away from there. Are they in their right mind? after that he hang up on me. Horrible, Horrible ! I will recommend

I'm giving it 5 stars to balance out the unfair 1 star reviews. The room was clean, no bugs, the bed was firm but comfortable, the TV was good, the floors have wood grain flooring rather than carpet which is much cleaner and healthier, very convenient right off the freeway. There was some traffic noise which was about the only drawback. The manager, who seemed to be the owner, was very friendly and helpful and was there all the time keeping an eye on things. Priceline customers gave it 6 out of 10 stars, and they are all real customers.

WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. Hotel Manager (YES, MANAGER) he's absolutely rude, has no respect for his guests. Instructing me that I should not complain anymore if I want to continue my stay, uhm.. EXCUSE me but I'm entitled to speak my mind. Talked back to me & my boyfriend which I don't appreciate, I obviously was not going to lower my standards with someone so unprofessional. One of his staff members entered my room while I was unclothed,I specifically told her DO NOT ENTER, yet she still did. WOW. The shower was dirty, sides of the toilet weren't clean, white stains

This really isn't a bad place to stay if you need a quick place to stay. The room is very nice and well kept. The bathing/potty area is very relaxing. also included a mini-fridge and microwave. The surrounding area itself is not bad per-say but can be a bit overwhelming for some folks as the location of this motel is really close to the Lincoln Blvd freeway exit from the 210 west freeway.
Check in was quick for me as I had booked my room online through a 3rd party site. this experience can and most likely, will vary by person, but the overall check-in process should be quick and easy if everything

I'd love to give this place zero stars, but I'm apparently required to at least post one to review. Let's see....they tried to charge my credit card 3 hours before I was to check in. My bank declined their transaction due to the fact that I had just filled up with gas over 250 Miles away.... my bank was protecting me from potential false charges while I was traveling. The hotel cancelled my reservation. I got to the hotel at 1:30 am due to the distance traveled and the clerk wasn't even going to attempt to rerun the card and argued with me through a tiny window. I had traveling

I'm glad I didn't read any of these reviews before staying here or I would not have booked going off some surprising reviews! Reason I booked here, wanted closest hotel to the Rose bowl for a show and this came up! Perfect as in walking distance to the venue!
Its situates close to the freeway too. It was perfect for two night whilst we went to the show and next day hit all our favorite places in LA.
During check in, the owner was very nice. After we checked in he even came to see us to tell us we could park our car under cover since we were staying two nights. The parking was tight

If I could leave a negative star I would. I just tried checking into a room with a prepaid reservation and got there and the guy who worked at 10:45pm on Friday night was the rudest individual I have ever dealt with. Started out trying to check in and only spot in parking lot said reserved. He came out yelling and screaming that we could not park there. Then refused to let me check in to my already paid reservation cause I do not have a credit card just a visa check card for incidentals. So tonight my friend and I are sleeping in the car. Don't ever stay here! Worst service ever!

My fiance and I were literally here for 5 minutes before we were disgusted so bad we had to leave. There were bedbugs on the bed, the room was filthy, and the bathroom was disgusting. The room looked like it was from the 1950s, and the mattress was as hard as a rock. We were so disgusted we demanded a refund and stayed somewhere else, 1 star is quite frankly too many. The art was pretty, but other than that, you'd be better off sleeping in your car then wasting your money on this place! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

I actually take offense to this motel having a 1.5 star rating. I guarantee that anyone's experience with a room here began with an internet search to the tune of "cheap motel Los Angeles," so why anyone would expect a Hilton when you're paying for "cheap motel help me I'm desperate" is beyond me.
That being said, I found the Lincoln Motel to be perfectly adequate (and I'm saying this even after paying a holiday weekend rate). The parking was free, it's right next to the freeway, and the family who owns the motel was very sweet, even when I drunkenly

One star is being generous....
Pros: The younger guy that checked us in was very nice, the room was clean when we arrived, and the bathroom was newly renovated.
Cons: Literally everything else.
There was very limited parking, and if you can, avoid the smaller parking lot by the office at all costs. It was nearly impossible to back out. The driveway has arrows going both ways, but I don't know who they think they're kidding. No one is turning around in that space unless there are no other cars present.
Pretty shady neighborhood right next to an overpass for the 210. If you need

I stayed at this place recently and I think it is a good deal for the price. It was run down, the beds were very firm, and the room had a very musty smell. It was a very hot day and the AC took a while to cool the room down.
The good was that the bathroom was nice and the hot water worked well. I was impressed that each room had a mini-refrigerator, a microwave, and wifi was included. Only one room key was available which I did not like since I was staying there with a friend. I would stay again if I did not want to pay for a more expensive place in the area.

BED BUGS in Rm 102 and probably infesting the entire hotel.
My boyfriend and I booked through hotwire and stayed here for one night, approximately 11 hours. The room looked old and dirty and the beds and pillows were hard as rocks. I didn't get a drop of sleep that night. When my boyfriend woke up and rolled over the next morning, we saw a tiny bug crawling where he had just layed. He grabbed a Kleenex and squished the bug between his fingers and sure enough, human blood gushed out of the bug. We packed up our stuff and got the heck out. Oh and as we were leaving, the sheet had risen off
