The clothing is beautiful, very authentic. They have children's clothing and also larger clothing. My husband is 4x and I going something for him.. Mumbi the owner is wonderful.. beautiful person. Thank you so much!!!

It's 12:30 on a Thursday afternoon, and the shop is closed, without a sign of return today, or other warning to the shopper. Peeped in the window, 1 star for in-stock merchandise. 3 stars off for the inconveniece of trying to patronize Black business and being disappointed without warning.

First walked into Mumbis 4 years ago and have been coming here since then to get all my African accessories.She keeps her merchandise updated and also offers sales on her website too.Her variety is great and she is a great person to talk to.

Went to visit this little place in downtown long beach because I was attracted to the bright colors beckoning me to go in.Found awesome authentic African pieces of earrings , necklaces and rings.Came out with more than I wanted to but really awesome pieces.

Let me suggest calling before you go to this location if you're not already in the area or close to it. When I visited the store it was closed with no note indicating when someone will return. The hours on the door (12:30-6) and the Facebook (10-6)page would likely lead one to believe that they were open. Unfortunately, that was not the case when I went in March. I arrived after 12:30 and the store was closed. Also be mindful that their online pricing may not be up to date..

Last month my friend and I found this cute little African boutique. There were so many beautiful pieces there I could hardly compose myself! The customer service was great and I left with some really authentic pieces hand made from Kenya. Love this place!
