Tom Giradot has screwed us over royally. Because he refused to let his team take on any jobs he was "worn out" and didn't pay attention to the tax bracket our house was in. Now, the past 6 months, during a pandemic we are paying an extra $700 a month and we can't do a thing about it unless we completely refinance. And that doesnt include the extra few thousand we had to pay for city taxes and could only get resolved after almost a year because the committee overseeing that issue meets twice a year. And because it is out of his hands there are zero repercussions for him. Oh and

This is the 2nd time I have worked with Tom and his team - first in 2010 to purchase our home and now to refinance. The process was just as simple and easy as it was to initially secure the mortgage. Tom & his team REALLY know their stuff and saved me almost $50 per month MORE than another mortgage company could do. They were transparent through the whole process, and we were able to close on the refinance mortgage within about 2 weeks of inquiry! When we are ready to move, I WILL be working with Team Mortgage yet again!
