Breezy Knoll Child Care Center is a privately owned and operated center located in the heart of Smithfield, Rhode Island. Our center was established in 1988, initially offering preschool and kindergarten for 52 children per day. Over the years, we have slowly expanded, and today we offer services for 81 children per day.
At Breezy Knoll, we pride ourselves on the excellence of care provided to our families. We have a hand-picked, highly qualified and trained staff, with well over 180 years of combined early childhood experience! Our staff is a tightly knit family that is devoted to the needs of each Breezy Knoll family.

Services
My son loves after school care at Breezy Knoll. He enjoys riding the bus from school and having time to play with other classmates that busy schedules make it hard to see outside of the school day. He often asks if we could pick him up later.
Our curriculum is written in alignment with the Rhode Island Early Learning and Development Standards, offering children a schedule balanced with group time and independent exploration; active time and quiet time.They will frequently say, "No", and have a real need to test limits. They begin to enjoy looking at books and listening to stories.

We feel so fortunate that we found Breezy Knoll as a child care provider for both of our children since they were eighteen months old. My son, now six, is participating in the Kindergarten program, and we can't say enough good things about it. The staff at Breezy are caring, nurturing, and wonderful educators.
