Called about dropping off a mattress. The website States $10 for a mattress, but then doesn't accept mattresses, so I called to confirm. Man answered the phone and said that it would be $30. I stated that the website says $10 and he says that is subject to change. I started to ask about something else and he said to hold while he was talking to someone else. Don't like being given the run around.
