Services
Mr. Plewa has been licensed in the state of New Jersey as an Architect since 1994 and as a Professional Planner since 1997. Mr. Plewa has over 22 years of experience in commercial, governmental and residential project design, development, and construction. Mr. Plewa has testified in front of various planning and zoning boards for local and surrounding municipalities, both as an Architect and professional planner.
This project involved the total renovation and facelift of the existing Bishop Library. This eighty year old landmark building in the downtown area was fully renovated into exhibit and lecture space. Along with the upgrades of new energy efficient windows, new ADA accessible restroom facilities, and new synthetic slate roofing, the Architectural design remained sensitive to the historic nature of the building.
