Just contacted him to see if he would install a mini split unit into a mobile home. Said he said would only install his unit not one that has been ordered elsewhere; which I understand. I asked for a quote on ordering one from him and installation and his comment was "a mobile homes isn't my preferred choice on installing these".... so what, I'm supposed to build a house so he'll install one? Very unprofessional.

Was rude caused damage then charged me for the repairs for that damage caused by him as if it had been damaged before he arrived.I'm disabled i fell like i was treated as if i was stupid then took advantage of.I do not recommend this company from the experience that i had.

Fantastic speedy service! After 4 people coming out and failing to fix our unit Cannan’s Fixed it in no time. No guessing was involved he knew the unit and knew exactly how to fix our problem with no guessing. Honest hard working company!! Pricing was more than reasonable! We were astonished at how great the service was! Hands down Cannan’s should be your first call!!!
