During the school year Red Balloon offers early education for children 6 weeks thru Pre Kindergarten. We help build a foundation for young children in a warm loving environment. In the summer we offer a day camp program for children through 11 years of age. Children can sample a variety of fun activities such as arts & crafts, swimming, field trips, sports and more.
We also offer the optional gymnastics, karate, and soccer classes. For prospective families we do ask you to call and schedule a tour. This allows us to give you the proper attention and time for you to see our facility and ask questions. The Red Balloon Preschool & Child Care, Inc. is privately owned and was established in 1968.

Services
Our infant room is a safe, nurturing environment where each child is kept on their own individual schedule which is provided to us by their parents. Each infant has their own individual crib as well as individual spaces for their diapers, wipes, extra clothes, and food. We provide age appropriate materials and activites that promote their fine and gross motor skills.
Our young toddlers will continue to exhibit parallel play and start learning to socialize with other children. Children in our toddler room are introduced to colors, shapes, letters, and numbers. They will be building their fine motor skills, gross motor skills, cognitive skills, and language skills through play, music, and art.
The Early Preschool Room is designed for children who are two and a half years old and are ready for short periods of group activities such as circle time and story time. The Early Preschool Room provides developmentally appropriate learning materials and activities that will enhance the children's physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and language development.
Our goal for our preschool class is to provide our children with more challenging hands-on activities to increase their social, emotional, cognitive, fine, and gross motor skills. We review colors and shapes with our preschoolers.

We offer a developmentally appropriate curriculum, providing for all areas of your child's development. Our Pre-K advances skills in core academic areas such as literacy, math, and science, to ensure school readiness. Our child-centered approach is designed to help each child thrive in all areas of child development including: problem solving, creative thinking, and heathy habits, with an emphasis on their social and emotional well-being.

We have triplets that go to Red Balloon and they love it! The staff is outstanding and the owner Helena is genuinely concerned with the wellbeing of the kiddos and committed to making their time at Red Balloon as fun and worthwhile as possible.
The rates are reasonable, the facilities are clean, with large rooms and lots of space outside for the children to play.
Our children are learning and developing good habits intellectually and socially at Red Balloon, which is especially important to us being that my wife and I are both teachers.

Red Balloon has been such a blessing in our life! My grandson considers them to be extended family. He has learned so much & when I pick him up he is so excited to tell me about his day. The staff are very caring. They keep me informed & updated. My grandson & I LOVE this place and would highly recommend it!!!!

Absolutely love this daycare my son has been there since he was 2 months old Linda and tori are the best and make me feel comfortable to drop him off, my two older kids are 8 and 10 and they go to the summer camp program and they have so much fun and love it so much denise is a fabulous teacher my daughter talks wonders about her. The daycare is very clean very organized.

My son started at 3 years of age and went thru the whole preschool program. And he did wonderfully. He was always met by a loving staff member who was always professional. They even taught him how to swim! While they do have some staff that is younger I have to disagree with another review that says how they acted. And any good parent would NOT have aloud there child to continue there for over a year if they were that unhappy. My son still goes back for the summer camp to see the friends he has made there. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

Worst place ever! A few years ago it was a pretty good daycare but now it's run by young girls that do not seem to know what they are doing. They made my son's life a living hell for over a year. When asked about things that happened in the school I would be told that nothing happened, which I know for a fact that something did. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!!! RUN RUN RUN!!
