Our pizza has been a part of New Albany and enjoyed for over 40 years. As the business grew it became apparent that a dining room would be needed to accommodate the already well known foods. In 1847 the present site located on the corner of Main Street and High Street was first purchased by John McCurdy from Noble Landon who platted the then fledgling town ten years earlier.

Always great pizza at Eagles Pizza. The prices are great people are great they even have cakes from rush bakery so if you need a birthday cake they have them in all flavors. If you have yet to try this location in New Albany you are missing out for sure they have something for everyone on their menu and it's kind of like eating at an historical pizza place where people still act the way they did before the pandemic. Thank God for a place like eagles pizza still in this world

Consistency is key to good food and Eagles Pizza never disappoints! Barbecue chicken pizza is perfect! Great ingredients and perfectly baked, crispy. Salad is fresh and they don't skimp on the Marzetti salad dressing. We've been here 5 years and never get tired of Eagles Pizza!

I always have a great experience at Eagles for takeout. I actually have never dined in, but I would like to at some point. I love thin crust pizzas, and eagles does a great job with theirs. The crust is flaky and crispy. I love asking for it well done and having the extra crispy pepperonis. Overall, Eagles has had timely service with good quality pizza each time that I have visited.

This is one of those small places that someone recommended a few years ago and it was amazing. I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered. This is the first place I ever tried a bacon pizza and it has yet to be matched. The crust is great and there's not too much and not too little. It's a good place for a dinner out with friends or family.

Working at a job site with a customer, they swore by this pizza and these subs, they were not wrong! The sandwiches were so flavorful and huge! Not pictured was the delicious meat lovers type pizza. It was on a slightly thick crust so everything stayed on the pizza. Bummed out i'm only here for a day because i'd love to try another pizza from there!

We just moved to the neighborhood and wanted to try all the pizzas to find out local favorite. Unfortunately it was not Eagles. The crust was kind of hard ,tasted old. The cheese on the pizza was thick and oily. It reminded me of the pizza we'd get from the school cafeteria for lunch. The gluten free crust wasn't the best we've had- just kind of gummy. As for the flavor it was fine. Not awful just not great. All in all, for $33 we were pretty disappointed and would likely not return.

BEST PIZZA! Consistently delish! Have also had their sandwiches and sides, and they don't disappoint! Don't forget to take home a cold pizza to go to bake at home at your leisure.

We have a list of local pizza shops that we want to try. Eagles Pizza has been on there for awhile and I'm not sure why we waited so long to get here. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and it did not dissappoint. The pizza was cheesy and the pepperoni was crispy. The crust was crackery but not too thin! The perfect pizza in my opinion and it has moved into the leader position on our list! Also, the customer service was great and the wait was only 15-20 minutes. My only complaint would be the box was very flimsy and I was afraid of dropping it.

This is our go to place for a taco pizza. Today, we did step out of the box and ordered a cheese pizza. It was good and had the perfect amount of sauce. I still think their taco pizza is their best pizza though. Also, the frosted sugar cookies are absolutely amazing. Omg the frosting and the cookie are always cooked perfectly and the right amount of frosting. Best taco pizza in the area.

Went with a 15" classic pepperoni and cheese and Italian sub. The crust is somewhat between thin and thick but doesn't sag, with the expected amount of sauce, not dry or soggy. The pepperoni could use a little more spice to it, but it's still good and you can taste it. The subs are pretty good too. Enough meat without being overwhelming, topped with provolone, tomato, banana peppers, crisp lettuce and crisp onion on a toasted sesame bun. I like the fact that they provide the dressing on the side for a couple reasons. 1). You decide how much dressing you want. 2). It won't get

Taco pizza for the win! Sounds weird, but so so good. Eagles is definitely on our short list when we are in the mood for pizza. Quality has always been good for us and we love the mix of traditional choices along with their awesome taco pizza. Just writing this review is making me crave it!

I was initially skeptical of the good reviews because this is the type of place that locals will rave about but out of towners will think it's just ok. Overall, it's a solid 3.5 starts but the order completion speed and staff friendliness had me round up. The pizza was tasty on top but the bottom seemed a few minutes under baked. Not raw but not crispy either. The hot potatoes were a good app for only $4 and they had a good spice level. I wish they served them with ranch vs. ketchup but maybe that's too picky. Overall, it was a good pizza experience but not a great one.

We ordered the smothered meatballs, garlic bread and cheese and some subs for the girls. The pizza was amazing. Not terribly greasy. The crust was my favorite part: We ordered pep and sausage. The sausage is the crumbly kind. The garlic bread and cheese was amazing. The meatballs were just ok. Nothing spectacular but good. The counter people we pleasant and the red x's on the floor were an added plus. They were wearing masks and had hand sanitizer available.
Definitely will be back.

Updated review: I've been here many times now. The Pizza is consistently excellent. The subs are HUGE, and flavorful! I'm not going to be able to add much about the pizza.
One underrated menu item is the chicken wings. The sauce is your typical Buffalo sauce, tangy and spicy without burning your face off. Where they stand out is the amount of meat that is on the wings. They are plump, and juicy, and yet still fall off the bone. The balance between wing and sauce was perfect. Not doused in sauce; but, not dry. There was plenty of extra sauce in the bottom of the tray to dip your fries

A friend brought me here speaking of pizza greatness.

In the land of Ohio and Cbus where pizza chains large and small abound, I was curious and skeptical.

But, I was impressed!

It was a filling and fluffy yet light pizza. Good balance and tasty enough that my wife gobbled it down as soon as I brought leftovers home.

Very interested to go back and try some of their other foods as they have more than just pizza.

Definitely a staple of the local neighborhood in New Albany and filled with historic pictures throughout the establishment. Always good to see charm and tradition.

PRO TIP: afterwards

A hidden gem! We're new to the area and had been going to Donato's for gluten-free pizza, until we found Eagles. Love their menu and all the different types of pizza they offer. Plus, it's always great supporting a local business!

The gluten-free taco pizza was exceptional. Don't forget to ask for taco sauce and sour cream on the side! We also got a Hawaiian pizza with regular crust, which I wasn't able to try, but it looked delicious.

Can't wait to go back and try more of their pizzas soon!

My husband grew up in Johnstown and used to come to Eagles all the time when he was a kid. We were in the area and he really wanted me to experience it.

Pros:
-super cute nostalgic vibe
-loved the smothered meatballs!
-good prices - the meatballs were less than $5 for decent sized portion - yum!
-food came out really fast!
-friendly service

Cons:
-I wasn't in love with the pizza. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. Everything just sort of lacked flavor. I know pizza is one of those things where people are particular - so for reference, I love carfagna's pizza, donatos
