This might be a tad lengthy, but I just can’t say enough. I had read reviews before choosing the Biscayne lady, so I expected everything to be great.. but it was better than that. Morgan was my point of contact and is truly just so incredible. First, I was blown away with the correspondence. My emails, texts, calls and any questions would be answered so quickly, and thoroughly, and always with “it’s no problem!”. There was a lot of bumps in the road planning and executing a wedding in 2020 due to covid, but she made sure I knew what to expect every step of the way. She put me completely

I'm an corporate event planner. I worked with the Biscayne Lady Yacht Charters for a group incentive recognition dinner. In the beginning, the communication was good, but not as prompt as I would had hoped. For the most part, the Biscayne Lady Yacht team worked well together in making sure everything was taken care of, from communicating back to me and ensuring me that they would handle all that was being asked of them. The group had a wonderful time. The food was very good. The service was wonderful. The drinks flowed perfectly. They helped me get the client's marketing team up to speed when connecting

Earlier on the day of my wedding, things weren't going very smoothly with some of my other other vendors. I'll spare the details because there are many, but that ALL changed once the wedding began and the staff at Biscayne Lady took over.
I was confident things would go well because I had such a positive experience with Stephanie during planning, but everyone truly exceeded my expectations.
Beginning with the ceremony/reception timeline and communication...EXCEPTIONAL! What a RELIEF to have someone else in control and ensuring everything flowed smoothly!

I had the pleasure of planning a 50th Birthday Party for a gentleman aboard the Venetian Lady and it was everything he asked for. The whole planning process (from start to finish) was remarkable; they were very responsive and detailed. The Staff on the yacht was amazing - great personality, attentive, and everything was done with a smile. The vendors (Ice Sculpture, Cigar Roller, Photographer, and the DJ) played a major part in the success of this trip. I would definitely recommend this company for your next event - you will not be disappointed!!

We had the pleasure of working with Melina Carrillo- Sales and Rene Cruz - Event Management in planning my husband's 50th birthday party in January 2020 right after New Years. They were fabulous! I started planning this event from 18 months to 2 years in advance and their team was attentive and patient. We chartered the Biscayne Lady and had approximately 70 guests. The venue was dressed and lit as requested and the food and service was beyond excellent. The coordination of our 3rd party vendors was seamless and without error. I would recommend this venue highly and so will my valued guests!

The Dade County Firefighters Benevolent had our annual Holiday Party on the Biscayne Lady. We had an outstanding time. The Captain kept the boat in calm waters. The staff was kind, quick, and professional. The food was great and the bar service fantastic. We used the DJ they provided and he had everyone dancing. Highly recommended for large events
