Visited Wynwood Lab on Saturday for a private event. One of my friends rented this location for her 21st birthday party. I was amazed by the beauty of this venue. From what I understand you can rent this location for events, to sleep in, and it is used as a venue for Art Galleries as well.
The layout is spaced out and the decor is refreshing. It is definitely different and a great place to hold events. The outside garden/backyard area is great to have an outside bar and goes well with the inside vibe.
I am not sure about the process on how to rent this location, being I was just a guest. However

Event hopping on Thursday, our next stop was Wynwood Lab for MAISON&OBJET - The V.I.P. Experience. First off, what a cool place! You walk in to see a cute little garden/backyard feel, listening to some awesome music. As we walked in we were greeted with drinks and hors d'oeuvres. What an awesome layout of furnishing art. From the swings, to the chandeliers, which were all gorgeous, I was in aw at how beautiful it all was. The telephone booth was my favorite. The food was great too.
