Advantage Escrow is a dba for Joe Miller. As an investor for decads I have dealt with many fine Escrow Companies. This however does not fit the profile.
Numerous changes throughout. At the end due to multiple mistakes they made, I had to cover their error in excess of two grand on top of so many extra charges keep popping up.
The stress and extra effort I had to endure and while they do admit to their mistakes, they did not offer any remedies at all. Infact the manager, Ann Yohn told my agent "even though we made mistake there won't be credit due your client."

Advantage Escrow has been getting transactions closed for many years. They are very experienced and dependable. I have used them several times in the past five years and always did a great job.
Companies are no better than the people who work there- and I really like these folks. How could you not? They get buyers, sellers and agents through choppy waters.
Escrow shacks and Title Company Escrow Departments all charge close to the same. So why not go to where you are both wanted and appreciated?
Give Advantage a try with your next escrow. I think you will like it!

This place lacks professionalism and customer service. We just bought a house, closed, got keys few days later Jennifer calls and says we need extra 800$ bucks... Called the manager Ann and she says, I do not know how the girls didn't catch mistake but we need 800$ if not we will not pay your bills and keep this file open.
So in essence they screw up and we ended up paying for their mistake. No apologies, no options nothing. Our lender came through and helped us with the funds. All she kept saying was I dint owe you nothing. Rude horrible people
