My experience was wonderful. Arrived on time. They were knowledgeable with the installation. Very polite and they explained what they were doing, which put me at ease. I received a lesson with the new thermostat, I was able to set the temperature. They left everything clean and in order.

Brandon, was here at 9:00 in the morning and stayed until 8:30 at night and never lost a smile on his face. Not to mention his ability to solve problems without losing his patience in the process and being able to determine the most efficient ways of dealing with an older home with a system that had to be adapted to a house that has had additions put on it over the years. Absolutely outstanding service and quality and professionalism. In addition to the others that came to help during the day the entire experience was fantastic.

We have used Elliott-mcelwee for several services now and have had all positive experiences. Trish in the office is always friendly and helpful. Rey was great and all of the workers have been on time, courtesy, did excellent job and cleaned up as if they were never there. I highly recommend Elliott-mcelwee you will not be disappointed.

This company installed my unit about 6 years ago at my shore house. Last summer we spent very little time at the house due to an illness in the family. Knowing the ac was not working, I sent my 21 year old daughter down to meet the repairman. They out to my house two times, I was charged almost two hundred dollars each time and was told to leave the fan on to keep it decent until they replaced a computer board to the tune of over $500. We hadn't gone back down after that so I didn't have the board put in. I wanted to get a second opinion, so this season I called Clerico Heating and Air

Woke up with 30 degree temp. and no heat. Called Elliott-McElwee and within the hour we had a Technician at the house. Within 30 min. he made a diagnosis and gave us a cost. Once he got into the job he found another issue and advised us of the problem and the additional cost, before he proceeded. He was concerned for our comfort and worked for sometime without a break. Would definitely recommend Elliott-McElwee to friends and family.
