Carewright Clinical Services provides psychological evaluations, psychiatric services, and psychotherapy to children, adults, and geriatric populations all over the United States of America. Assessment, medication management, consultation, and therapy services are provided in an office/private practice setting or alternate settings based on patient needs.
Many procedures require a preoperative psychological evaluation to determine whether an individual is a good candidate for a procedure or surgery and to help identify potential risks and poor treatment outcomes. We work with a team of health professionals to ensure that you receive all the medical care that you need and individual and group therapy is also an option to provide support to those in chronic pain.
At Carewright Clinical Services, we believe in creating a relaxed but knowledgeable environment in order to allow our patients the opportunity to work toward healthy breakthroughs with our doctors and staff. Our staff stays up-to-date with contemporary developments in diagnosis and treatment in order to ensure that they are always treating our patients in the most effective method possible.

At Carewright Clinical Services, we provide premier telemedicine services. We remotely diagnose and conduct treatments or therapy via a video conferencing platform that is secure and HIPAA compliant. Therapy and assessments can often be provided at your own schedule and convenience. Wherever you may be in the US., services may be provided at the comfort of your own home, while on vacation, or in your physicians office.
