Very helpful information was provided in getting students the help they need. The offer to personally talk with parents to help remove the stigma of the behavioral health hospital was wonderful. I love that their personal experience and testimony was given to help people better understand how important mental health and behavioral health is.

Going into this hospital voluntarily they lied to me from the beginning saying that checking myself out would be extremely easy since I was checking myself in, that was not the case at all. Then on top of that the staff would talk to patients horrible and would talk about other patients out loud to each other definitely felt like I was in jail and not getting the help I needed, there was no 1 on 1 therapy going on, and the group sessions were trash they didn’t talk about anything helpful. There was only one staff member who stood out and that was a man name Carlos he actually showed he cared

My son just had inpatient treatment there...Cynthia and Christine were wonderful and treated me like a human being. My only complaint is my court orders were disregarded and regardless of the fact that I share joint custody and have medical rights I was not given vital information about my son and they went by just the word of my ex husband. Please remember that court orders are legally binding documents. My parental rights were violated...you do not know the whole dynamic of the situation, I wish you did so you could have fully understood my son's whole situation. Hopefully I will hear from him

I took my mom to be evaluated this past Friday. Her pcp recommended inpatient psychiatry. We were there for 5 hours and never even saw the psychiatrist. They didn't seem to want to admit her due to her various other health issues. It's just as well because the place was cold and unwelcoming. All the staff stayed barricaded behind a locked door. Nobody was supervising patients. I had to go to my car for something and when I came back my mom was screaming for me and nobody was there. The only person that had any sort of compassion was the tech on duty. Poor guy got yelled at by patients, had to clean

This place is the worse, you think they are going to help but they don’t care and they don’t communicate with the family on what’s going on. The first day they wanted to start medicine for my daughter and I told them let’s just wait 2-3 days before we start medicine right away then by 3rd day they are trying to discharge her with no future treatment or medication. When we asked to talk to doctor or head manager no one ever called us. I had to keep calling them to find out what’s going. We said we didn’t feel like our daughter was ready to come Home and felt she should stay a few more

Please educate yourself on patient rights before using this facility. It took 3 days to get a patient ID number which is needed to follow up on patients and to speak with the patient. Without a patient ID number it is almost like the patient does not exist. There can be a 6-8 hour delay in patients receiving clothing and toiletries that you bring in. Some items are not received until late the next day. The staff does a great job of keeping their name badges turned around so that you are unable to see their names. If you ask their name you are met with attitude. The facility automatically had a 5

I have a family member (My Brother) there right now. He’s been there since Thursday and it’s now Monday. He was supposed to be going in for a 72 hour hold and evaluation for continuing care. My sister-in-law hasn’t heard anything at all about his care or length of stay. I talked to my brother over the phone yesterday and he was calm and doing what he is being instructed to do however he says his meds were increased without them telling him. The facility workers tell us when we call that we need to know his patient ID number to get any information at all and my brother says he has yet to be
