Chris is a Second Generation State Farm Agent who has had State Farm in his life for over 30 years. Our office focus' on relocations to the Phoenix area. Chris is an active member and supporter of the Shriners charities for kids. Chris graduated from Arizona State University with a BA in psychology.
Chris is an avid Supporter of Boy and Girl Scouts of America in which both of his children are involved. Through State Farm Chris has volunteered and supported the local chapter for Junior Achievement. Chris is a consistant member of the State Farm Ambassador Club celebrating a focus on protecting the lives of State Farm customers.

Shady and despicable is what I have to say about this office. So, I have been with this office for about a year. And tbh they were ok with some exceptions like not disabling my auto pay or putting in a request for a claim and having them forget put it in, which I let slide. Recently I called and spoke to Chris (not sure if it was Chris Bolton or not) but I asked Chris to go ahead and cancel my renters insurance. Chris then asked why? I said I'm under my girlfriend coverage so I don't need it anymore. Then he says who is she with etc. I said please cancel my service. Then he asks "

Chris and his staff are phenomenal. We had the pleasure of having Chris as our agent for six months before we had to move. We were not a high value client only insuring a vehicle and a home, but Chris treated us like we were always at the top of his list. We had a bunch of changes during our short time and Chris and his staff executed perfectly. We moved away and no longer have Chris as our agent, but they transferred us over to another office seamlessly and made everything switch over without a hiccup. Service like this is definitely hard to come by this day and age, and deserves recognition.

Chris and his team are ill equipped to handle even the most basic requests. I work a non-traditional schedule and often had to call the afterhours to communicate changes and requests. It would take days for someone to call me back. Diana had the task of dealing with me about an increase in my classic car rate. She had a very poor understanding of the policy and was only able to parrot back one line that was written on her notes. I cancelled the policy and the office took their time processing the request. I gave this office so many chances. Very frustrating how they rarely admit to there very obvious mistakes. They always blame the system. Times they absolutely cannot blame the system. When I've ask to speak to Chris because these girls didnt know how to handle something. He is always "sick" or "OUT". These girls always have such sassy attitudes. Leticia and Diana Don't like to admit there mistakes. Takes a month and consistent follow ups to get a problem solved!

There are so many great things to say about Chris and his team that I don't even know where to start. Let's start discussing what makes a great neighbor. Great neighbors, are genuine. They care about you and your family. They have your back when you need someone to keep an eye on your home and personal belongings when your out of town. They have your best interests no matter what. That is what I think of Chris. After getting quotes from several other insurance agents, I sent my niece to him and his team. Diana actually set her up and made sure she knew everything included in her policy
