Emily Coriano was a referral from a great friend. I am utterly grateful to my friend because Emily was amazing to work with! Emily was very responsive and did an amazing job finding a policy that cut our payments by half. What I was paying for 1 vehicle, she got my husband and I into a policy for my vehicle plus 2 more vehicles that was less expensive as it was for my 1 vehicle. Where do I begin. This is top notch service. My file was very complicated and they were willing to break up all my insurance contracts to get me the best overall price. Bundling was not a good option for my situation.

I called Chris when I was shopping for insurance and I was stunned at the quality of service I received. I had previously called all of the big insurance companies and they were either super expensive or just not really that helpful. That all changed when I ran across Chris's information on Yelp. He explained all of my options and helped me find a policies that addressed my needs. As a first time home owner, I had a lot of questions and Chris provided all of the answers. I requested an insurance quote through the reviews on Yelp. I received an immediate response. I provided all of my information and received 2-3 "check ins" over the next 2 weeks saying that I wasn't forgotten but they were working on getting me the best rate. Then I never heard anything again. I called and left a message. I texted the number we had been texting through. I even sent an email. Nothing...At the very least you should have let me know if you were unable to find me a better rate than I already had. Ignoring me or not following through is disrespectful and not good business
