I received my full bicycling gear yesterday that included the men's refuge jacket. I was so excited to try them out! on my way to work on a Vancouver downpour, I hit a puddle and went flying. I tore the sleeve of my brand new jacket. I called their company and spoke with a lovely person named Shari who said she will make sure my beautiful jacket gets repaired properly. The product is awesome, the service is phenomenal! what else could a person ask for?

I purchased this jacket, but it did not fit. So I returned it. That cost me $7.50 for the experience. YES. I was charged $7.50 for a jacket that I had to return because it did not fit.
I was told if I did an exchange I would not be charged, but the jacket and color that was supposed to fit me was not in stock! I was told it would be in stock later in 2020, so I was going to wait after the return. Not going to happen now that I was charged to return an item that does not fit.
Buyer beware. Make sure what you order fits or you will have to pay!!

The outdoor / adventure / performance apparel and gear companies could learn a lesson or two from Showers Pass (I'm looking at you Arcteryx). Who better to understand weather than those who are in it at faster than walking speeds - meaning cyclists. I use their gear in the Mountains (Bhutan, Utah, Washington) when trekking and camping and on the road motorcycle camping.
The best Jackets and now new Duffel bag far exceed gear I've had in the past (I have an Arcteryx jacket which is bulletproof - but it doesn't breath well and the hood is a ongoing problem [can't be stowed] ). But over the years

Showers Pass gave my track team socks to try and they are AMAZING! I was dealing with a heal injury when I received them and they provided much needed cushioning. I loved them so much that I ended up wearing them for the marathon I was training for. Happy to report that I didn't lose any toenails or have any blisters after the race (which was a first). The socks are perfect for trail running/hiking too! I am definitely going to stock up and buy some more.

Great products and exceptional customer service. They make excellent gear built for the elements and stand behind that quality. I had a pair of SP gloves that I was having trouble with and Crystal from customer service was great in making sure that I got a new pair given the issues with the other ones. I also have a jacket that I commute in for the wet months in Vancouver, Canada and my undershirt is always dry.

Great outerwear, waterproof (naturally), intelligently designed features, durable and well made. They stand behind their products. The staff at the warehouse/showroom is very helpful and easy to work.
I have been wearing Showers Pass for year-round bike commuting in Portland rain for 8 years. My first jacket was good for 6 years, and still functions. I finally updated last year. Crosspoint knit gloves are multi-use: biking, hiking, running, and they even make great driving gloves.

This company might have the best customer service of any that I have experienced in the past 10+ years - seriously! Great job George! Via email, phone, in-person, didn’t matter. Always timely and professional. As for the gear, (obviously) top notch stuff. I feel very comfortable and protected as I ride daily in my rain gear - a 11+ mile one-way commute.

By coincidence I ended up at the corporate headquarters on a recent trip from Seattle. I was pleasantly surprised by the cordial and helpful attention I received at a non-retail location. Several staff assisted me from their warehouse with the lineup of jackets. I discovered my showers pass jacket had been discontinued 5 or 6 years ago. The jacket is a testimony to outstanding quality. I had over 45,000 miles of fall, winter, and spring rainy rides. My typical ride averages 70-100 miles 3-4 times per week. During the five to six hour rides I was kept comfortably dry! I was faced with deciding on
