The flowers were okay. I order a spray for my grandmas funeral. It was so much smaller and was not as nice as in the picture on line. It was supposed to be an arch, there was no arch at all. I was very disappointed. My aunt ordered from here too. The arrangements were much smaller than they should’ve been. The ribbon that we paid extra for saying “grandma” was terribly wrinkled and the letters were coming off before the wake even began.

Really disappointed with this place. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered on my mom's birthday, and turns out they never delivered them. They had more than 24 hours notice too and I got the confirmation e-mail and everything. If you aren't going to deliver something when we put down we want to get it delivered, then INFORM US please. Staying away from using them in the future.

These people are horrible. We ordered an arrangement for Mother's Day and even paid premium to upgrade and they sent an ugly bouquet w three roses and not even remotely close to what we ordered. When I sent them the pics he tries to tell me that's a bad angle! This was from our family and what was supposed to be a nice surprise turned into an embarrassment.so sad!

The good: they were able to quickly put together 2 bouquets for me when I was under a time crunch. They looked beautiful and I was surprised that they were able to approximate a bouquet listed on their website so well.
The bad: They are very pricey. I wanted to add 3 white roses to a bouquet and they charged me an extra $15. If you are looking for a good deal, try a different flower shop.

I had a graduation on May 8, my boyfriend waited until the day of to buy flowers (lilac roses). I'm glad he did because they were in the trash within the week. I had another graduation on May 23 and again he waited until the day of to purchase flowers. They had slim pickings to say the least. (The owner told me she was letting her supply run down. Despite the fact that it was a graduation day?) We ended up leaving with a bouqut consisting of a wide variety of things (a lily, carnations, a daisy, etc). As an owner of a flower shop, I can appreciate giving the designers their freedom to create something beautiful with little direction, and when my mother sent me a photo of her flowers she received today- I was thrilled! The customer service was on point and my parents even complimented the same thing with their delivery person. All around excellent and will call and order again from out of state! Cheers!
