Kurt Mickelwait has over 35 years' experience in residential and commercial building engineering, HVAC, facilities management and maintenance and appliance repair. He is not just trained in professional home inspection, he is experienced in the maintenance and repair of home electrical, plumbing, structural, roofing, pools, appliances as well as air conditioning and heating systems.
The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) is a not-for-profit professional society founded in 1976. Membership in ASHI is voluntary and its members are private home inspectors. ASHI's objectives include promotion of excellence within the profession, the provision of rigorous standards for training and experience, and continual improvement of its members' inspection services to the public.
