I was going to have Tom come out to do a foundation certification inspection but I had to cancel because the person that was buying my place didnt need to have that certifications
Tom was great about it he had refund back my money quickly and had offer his service in the future. I definitely would recommend Tom for home inspections his prices are very reasonable for the services he is offering. He is professional and he got back with me quickly. Tom Michell was Excellent on our home inspection for a single-family home we are buying. He explained everything, educated me in different aspects of the inspection, and was detailed oriented. I like no-muss, no-fuss engagements with businesses. With the building of my new construction home, I needed to move out of state until it was ready, but still needed to get a pre-drywall and final inspection done before my move-in date and I didn't want to do any crazy song-and-dance about not physically being in state to get it done. (This whole process is stressful enough as it is.) My realtor recommended Secure Home Inspections, and it was a great suggestion! Back to give one star... They initially received 5 on the day of the inspection. However, had a horrible experience with them when something occurred not even 30 days after the inspection. Things were found that was missed by them. They did not try to take ownership of anything rather insult me by saying I don’t understand how inspections work and I should read more. Did not follow up with me to see if things were taken care of. Just seemed to not care. Told me that what happened at my house was not that serious and was not a emergency so I shouldn’t be that upset. Just a completely different
