Jesse called to let me know when he'd be there. When he arrived, he realized he didn't have the proper windshield, so he called his office and located the correct windshield. He went to get it, and was back in a reasonable amount of time. I'm very pleased he could get it done that day, even with the extra trip to get the correct windshield.
I have used this company a couple of times and always had a great experience. Both my vehicles needed new windshields and with NuVision I was easily able to schedule them at the same time and again they were early and done quickly. I will recommend! Started out like this, then within 20 minutes it was all done and had check in hand and within 24 hours had our dinner certificate by email!

This place is awesome I have had 2 windshield repairs from this place on different Jeep Cherokees . The last technician was awesome Went above and beyond to try to fix Anything that needed to be fixed in reference to the windshield which he did not have to do and went over everything before he replaced the windshield . I think his name was Anthony I apologized that's not the right name but he was awesome . I got a $150 check And a gift certificate to Rodizio's Grill, both times I got windshield replacement to Rodizios, which is a very upscale restaurant where they come to your table with meat on

I saw one of those ads for NuVision and though, "why not get some cash with my replacement, not like they can mess it up right?" WRONG
I used this company in November. As soon as they left my house my rear view mirror fell off and almost cracked. It took several calls, a couple of no show appointments before someone shows up to say that the windshield they installed was defective. Fast forward 2 months and several calls, several excuses and they still have not fixed the defective windshield with no rear view mirror that they installed. They blame the pandemic for the delay but that is just an

I had used them before and received good service and they did what they said they would text me 30 minutes before my appointment. So we decided to use them a 3rd time and this time how they have handled them the issue we will no be returning. I have had to reschedule 3 times. The 1st time i had waited till the aloted time given to me for somone to show and when the time past i called to see what was going on. The cash back offer is not worth the haste as you will end up using another it to get another company to fix the mess they started. If they replace your front windshield make sure that they installed the rear view mirror correctly as there has been several complaints about not doing that leaving you to fix it yourself. I have to pay some other company to have them reinstall my windshield correctly.

The installer I had was Jesus . He did such an amazing job. He was on time, professional, he took his time and replaced my windshield with such care also did the calibration . The windshield replacement was quick and easy! Great service. I needed a copy of my invoice and when I called their service dept, a rep named Vanessa went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. She was kind and professional- It’s not every day that you come across service like hers, so BIG shout out to her!! Def recommend this place.

NuVision Auto Glass has a wonderful friendly staff. They made the process of filing my claim so completely stress free. Carlos Maltos, who replaced my windshield, was a delight. He came with a huge smile on his face and a really good attitude. It was honestly refreshing to see. The work was done fast and the window looks beautiful. I will definitely be calling NuVision for my future auto glass needs as well.

I own a detail shop and often have these guys replace windshields for our clients' vehicles at our shop. Additionally I've had them do a few personal replacements. They are always punctual and do great work. I've had nothing but awful experiences with Safelite. NuVision is in a different league altogether. Often clients ask us to refer them to glass replacement services. I am extremely careful about referring our clients to other businesses because in doing so I am putting our reputation on the line as well. I have no problem referring anyone and everyone to NuVision.

Luis and Joe were great to work with. Luis was great providing a time that worked for both my wife and I which is not easy to do. Joe did the install with precision and care. The window was so clear and that's not always the case. We had 2 windows replaced by other companies that were less than original with scratches on them. This window was perfect in every way! We had our 2019 Mini Cooper’s 1st windshield repair ever at Nu Vision last month. The car was due for oil service 2 weeks later & when the Mini Cooper service tech popped the hood he showed us immediately the trim damage where the plastic bolt was cracked and unbolted, and he asked us if the windshield was recently repaired. Disappointing but things happen. Repair put us out just over $250. My wife mentioned before the installer left our home, he seemed nervous before leaving, and she asked him if the install went ok?, which he confirmed it did. I would not recommend this company at all. They called me because I was looking for a windshield with various dealers & they got my phone # from that. They gave me a quote which included the tinted strip that goes across the windshield. I asked for the quote to be emailed to me which I never received. I called back the next day & left a message for Abdual to call me back to set up an appt. Never received a call back. 3 days later I called & no one answered the phone. I then received a call from Sean who said he was a manager but from a totally different phone # & area code. He said
