Most insurance companies wave the customer's deductible for the cost of the repair resulting in no out of pocket cost. Replacements are scheduled on site and are conducted according to the customer's schedule.

In cases where the damage to your windshield cannot be cured by a windshield repair (damage under 6 inches in length) a new windshield is warranted. In some states insurance carriers waive your deductible with your comprehensive coverage resulting in no out of pocket cost to you. Never work for this company. They do not care about their employees or if your have a trained installer for windshield replacements. Do not get a repair done by them. All the sales reps that do them have only taken a 10 minute course on how to do them! If you need recruiters for every city your in then you obviously can’t keep employees because you will never be paid what your suppose to do and the regional manager will say whatever you want to hear to keep you another week. Something I've been meaning to do for a long time was repair the small hole in my windshield. I had a small piece of tape over it and Shanese saw it while I was filling up my car with gas at the Loaf and Jug on Smoky Hill. My insurance covered the repair and within 10 minutes, I was driving away to continue my Xmas shopping! That is 5 star service and I couldn't be happier and want to thank Shanese for her wonderful service and hope she gets recognized as she definitely is a go-getter and does a great job!!!

I currently work at SmartRide as a Team Lead. The job is what you make of it. If you work hard and do what you are supposed to, you will do very well here.
