I moved an hour away from Dr. Ibrahim's office & I refuse to find a new OB/GYN. I'm willing to take the trip because Dr. Ibrahim & her whole staff are beyond amazing! When my insurance didn't cover prenatal, Dr. Ibrahim helped me through the steps to get everything in order. She was so kind and helpful that I made sure the next insurance I got was within her network, just so I can stay as her patient.

Every single time I make an appointment there is an issue!
The girls at the front desk are extremely rude!!! They talk about their personal lives and don't take down your information properly. They are constantly complaining about the patients right when you are sitting in the waiting room and give you such an attitude like we are 'bothering' them. SO unprofessional!
They have overcharged me several times due to writing down wrong information or forgetting to write 'PAID' on a bill. I've had to show proof on all those occasions that everything was paid in full,

5 stars to the nurse practitioner at this location and the woman that sits at the very front and on the (patients side) right. There is one attendee that comes off a bit impatient and I overheard her complaining about how people are stupid and don't listen and as a patient that's some really negative energy to be exposed to when in a vulnerable state. I suppose some people have their own things going on but good bedside manner as a health practitioner is equally important as knowledge.

I love Dr. Ibrahim!!! She help me successfully give birth to my baby boy. At first I didn't like that she has a fast thought process, that sometimes I don't get a chance to think and ask about my questions. What I did was, before my meet up with her I write down all my questions & concerns so I won't forget. She is very knowledgeable & calm, even in state of my labor.
The nurses in her office are also very helpful & nice! Will recommend!

I came in as a new patient today, and I must say it was a great experience from beginning to end. Carolyn was very attentive and super friendly which made me feel welcomed and comfortable. My wait time was less than 10 minutes. Veronica called me in to take my vital signs, and she was also very friendly. The office is very clean and well maintained. I saw Cristina Matthew the nurse practitioner, her bedside manner is phenomenal !! She took her time with me, so I never felt rushed. I will continue to come here and will recommend friends and family. Thank you ladies !

The appointment itself is quick and I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room. That's the only reason why I'm not giving them 1 Star.
I went into the appointment and it seemed the doctor was in a rush. She explained this 59 miles a min and before I knew it she was out of the room.
I called to ask to have my results explained to me and the receptionist insisted the doctor doesn't talk to her patients on the phone and I would have to come in. Why do I have to take the time to come in and pay a co pay for my results to be told to me about my first appointment ? Also why

Dr. Ibrahim is the best. She always make me feel at ease and gives me information in a way that's not overwhelming or scary. When she is with you, she never makes you feel rushed. Dr. Ibrahim takes the time to get to know her patients and answers all questions and concerns. Her staff is an extension of her in their mannerism and professionalism. There is never a long wait. I will never go to anyone else.

Dr. Ibrahim is an amazing doctor. She is very caring,compassionate and knowledgeable. During my pregnancies, I had some risk for complications and Dr Ibrahim took the necessary precautions and gave me lab results right away. She takes time to listen to my questions and concerns and spend a good time educating her patients. I feel at ease knowing that I am in great care with Dr. Ibrahim and I recommend her to all my friends and family.
