Services
Our doctors can take care of most concerns that people go to the ER or Urgent Care Centers for. We will follow your progress through recovery. Our experience has been with Dr. Santos. He is a patient and kind physician who listens and provides compassionate feedback about childcare. Santos was great.
When you don't have the time or the ability to visit your doctor's office for medical care, you can turn to telehealth. The exceptional team at DRS Medical Associates offers telehealth to new and existing patients, giving you the ability to videoconference with your doctor, receive medical care, and be prescribed medication while staying in the comfort of your own home.
This VIS may be used in place of the individual VISs for DTaP, Hib, Hepatitis B, Polio, and PCV13 when two or more of these vaccines are administered during the same visit. It may be used for infants through children receiving their routine 4-6 year vaccines. The doctors are great and Jessica (the lead nurse) is awesome too But the office staff is not professional/ rude.the front desk staff is Very loud and seem to be very unaware that they are at a place of business. Openly talk about patients while other patients are waiting in the waiting room. The staff and I quote said to another staff member about a patient on the phone “ it’s not my fault she didn’t keep her legs closed!” And then openly talking about the patients confidential info openly. I’m so shocked by the lack of professionalism here.

So I just left a more detailed review on Zocdoc, but the TL;DR is the doctor I saw and both medical assistants I encountered and every receptionist I spoke with were all absolutely lovely people (as well as highly knowledgable and competent), and I actually enjoyed my appointment. If you can get an appointment within the next six months with them, jump on it.

The worst doctor's office I've ever visited. First the doctors are fine, but they have so many patients that they hardly have time for you.
You can get a new appointment 4 months later. Also, forget about rescheduling your appointment, need to wait another 4 months for the new appointment.
The admin people hardly speak English, so getting a simple documents like vaccination record or some kind of statement from them is tremendously hard job.
I think their focus is on making as much money with as many patients as possible, instead of providing a quality service.

Dr. Ritu Sharma is very professional and extremely talented. I've had my first visit today and frankly speaking I haven't seen such an expert PCP, her understanding of human body is immaculate and she gets right to the core issue without wasting much time, she is far better than many specialist doctors I've visited !! Glad to have her as my PCP !!

Dr. Santos and the staff at DRS Medical are phenomenal! I have been a patient of his for about 5 years now and he has always provided great bedside manner. He takes his time during each patient encounter and ensures he answers all my questions before I leave the facility. They also have a lab in office so that you don’t have to go to an outside lab facility for blood work. Very convenient! I have recommended DRS Medical to all my family and friends, who are now patients of his & Dr. Sharma! I called to see if I can make an apt for a sick visit. I’m not feeling well and also have a newborn at home who is also getting sick because of me. Since I recently moved to JC, I would be a new patient. Receptionist would only give me an apt for an annual visit on Nov 1st. Since I’m sick now and would like to stop spreading my germs to newborn, I explained that I needed to make a sick visit before getting an annual. She would not budge. Rude and unhelpful. She claimed that I should consider my OB my primary physician and go to him.

I have entrusted both of my children from birth (now 3 & 1) to Dr. Santos and Dr. Sharma. I cannot praise them enough for the thorough care and diligence they have provided for my family. My husband is also a patient and is very happy with how well the staff, assistants, nurses and doctors have made each visit enjoyable and productive. Dr. Sharma was really nice and spoke at length with my husband and me. She was really great!! Did not rush us and took time to understand our case and help us in every way possible. Her whole team was also super friendly and put us at ease during the visit. We were so impressed that we decided to make Dr. Sharma our primary care provider.

Dr Sharma is amazing and highly recommended. I feel very comfortable when I am under her care and know I am in good hands. She is very thorough and spends time talking to her patients answering any questions and concerns. I don't feel rushed like some doctors I have had in the past. Her staff is excellent as well.

I switched to Dr Ritu Sharma after trying numerous PCPs in the area. My first visit was very nice. Dr Ritu took her time to understand my story and did not seem to be in a rush. They have an onsite lab which is convenient. Test results came back in a day which was very impressive. They use an online system where the results are posted and you can exchange messages, again very convenient All in all, great experience so far.

Dr. Ritu Sharma is very nice. She is very friendly. She takes time to explain everything and is never in a rush. The staff is also great and told me everything I needed to know about my insurance. The scheduling was very easy and I am happy they made sure that all the lab work goes to in-network lab.
