Well same thing happened to me..My appointment was at 9:30 am on wednesday this morning noone showed up. Its now 12 noon and noone is here STILL!
I will go through a with drawl if I do not get this medicine. They have an obligation to take care of there patients
Ateast a phone call would be nice! This says alot about who you are as a doctor. No staff nothing. Im disapointed and upset!

When I was looking for a doctor to help me with my substance abuse I called everyone in Hillsborough county and this office called me back and scheduled me quickly. There is never a long wait to see the doctor. I see Dr. Tom and he listens to me and hears what im saying. I have never had an issue with this office!

Very rude. No MDs here. I am an ARNP as are the ' Medical Staff' person who writes scripts. Thomas is very rude and unfriendly. He doesn't listen as per an oath we take as medical Nursing graduates. I would NEVER in my life treat my patients as he does his. Another, their hours are scattered. They might be open a few days one week, and closed the next week. No consistency. They don't return phone calls. I had recommended my staff and patients to St. Judes when Tim( brother, also ARNP) was working there. He no longer does and I have not recommended anyone anymore and have explained my family's experiences
