Our staff is thoroughly screened and regularly evaluated for their knowledge and expertise. We work hard to maintain excellence and high quality care therefore, we support our staff through continuing education programs. Our registered nurses provide in home comprehensive assessments and develops an individual plan of care to assist you with your medical and non medical needs.
Medicaid services allow adults, the elderly and children with disabilities to remain in their home while receiving care. The member receives a medicaid waiver. The medicaid waiver services allows an aide to come into the home and assist the recipient with personal care and an LPN or RN for skilled care.
Skilled Home Health Care are skilled services provided for the patient at home following an acute care episode. The services are skilled in nature and may require one or more of the following services; a registered nurse, physical therapy, speech therapy, and or occupational therapy. If you will be discharged from a hospital or rehabilitation center or you have been discharged, contact us to discuss our in home benefits.
