I had my wedding on October 15, 2021 and booked a KD shuttle to stop at two hotels that were three minutes away from each other. Both hotels were an 8 minute drive to our venue. KD asked that I pay an extra $100 to add the second stop. I willingly agreed to the extra cost because I had promised all guests that a shuttle would be provided. The day before my wedding, I reviewed the plan with a man over the phone. He reassured me, that we were good to go.
Five minutes before the ceremony, we had the bridal party lined up ready to walk down the aisle. My day of coordinator had to HOLD

This IS the best transportation I’ve probably ever been on, clean buses, extremely nice and polite drivers, and just overall the best, if your looking for a nice transportation I’d say this one is the best, and I don’t even understand why some people are disliking this transportation, good luck kd elite and thank you for such wonderful service!!

We are so happy that we used KD Elite Transportation. There were 5 of us from California meeting others for a family cruise out of the Port of Baltimore. We came a couple of days early to visit with friends and needed a ride (with luggage) to the Cruise Port from our hotel and then upon our return from the Cruise Port to BWI. Both times our drivers were professional and helpful. My teenagers even made a comment on how great our drivers were (which speaks volumes

I think this is for a Transport service. The address here is different than the one on the internet. I was told they would be monitoring my flight into Baltimore. They called when I was waiting for luggage and told me 15 min. 25 min later they called and told me to come outside. 10 minutes later I called and was told they would be here in 1 min. What's the point of arranging transportation if they don't run on time? Is one expected to tip if they are late and you put your own luggage in the car? The driver called me by someone else's name as well. Weird.
