Limo BWI uses pre-auth charges to ensure that a credit card is valid when a trip is booked. These are not taken from your account, but merely held for 1-5 business days (depending on your financial institution). If you encounter any issues with these pre-auths, the first step should be to contact your financial institution.

I was in a bind and called Limo BWI, no complicated websites to navigate through, the person picked up right away. I explained my problem The gentleman was very helpful he was professional and for $130 I was picked up in a town car and the driver’s name is Billy he was very friendly courteous and then we told him what time we can we come we return home next Friday and he said he would be there waiting to pick us up I didn’t even have to call the office. I was in a tight spot and LIMO BWI came through amen to that. Five stars all the way around. Yes I would recommend these people anyone who

If you need fast, friendly, super efficient service, these are the team to deal with. We used their service five times whilst in Baltimore and they went out of their way to look after us. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for classy, yet economical service, in outstanding vehicles, especially Bill who was awesome.
