Went in to get new tires. I asked for the cheapest option. I was told my tires were old and very worn and that to replace them it would cost over $800. After some back and forth I brought the price down to a little over $400. I was told I wouldn't find cheaper elsewhere. With very little effort I found a place that could do it for far cheaper AND was shown that my tires still have plenty of life in them. Overall at the other place I only paid $15 to repare a leak in the tire. I am very disappointed in how heavily they tried to scam me out of hundreds of dollars.

I use Northtown all the time for tire work. Very nice people to work with. My daughter had a nail in her tire and they got us in at the end of the day to get it fixed. Always do a nice job being careful not to damage the rims when mounting and dismounting tires. I am a very fussy about my vehicles being serviced properly and without damaging expensive rims from poor equipment and uncaring tire technicians. Not the case here. I would rate them a solid 4.5.

Been bringing all my vehicles here for service for the past 20+ years. There has never been a time where they were not courteous, explained what repairs were needed and their cost BEFORE starting the work, and all work done in a professional manner. I have never had to return because a repair was not done correctly. Kudos to Mark, Larry, Stephen, and his team of top notch mechanics. Thanks for what you do.

This service facility has been THE most professional, well-adjusted group of individuals I have ever experienced! As a female, going to an automotive shop can have it's downsides (being taken advantage of, even if you know what you are talking about). I worked with Steve who did a free review of my car and sent me the link, with photos, so I could know exactly what shape my car was in. He was timely and communicative. He also listened to my concerns (or lack there of) and responded accordingly, not trying to oversell me or drain my bank account for an 09' car. I could not ask for a better service

My go-to tire shop! I am astounded by the level of detail taken with every inspection, too. The tech takes pictures of each action item, provides justification for it, and sends it all in a text message for you to review. The quality of work performed by Northtown is already top-notch, but this level of engagement, transparency and embracement of technology puts them well ahead of the curve and into the next turn!
