They totally messed up my VW oil tank. Coated the bolt or nut with some epoxy when I confronted the owner he said he would replace it. Fast forward a year later my car is totally messed up. VW says he rigged the oil tank it has to come out, he never fixed it. This place is a job. Totally unethical. I should have told him I was taking it to the dealership and he would pay the bill. I'm out a ton of money right now.

Every time I've been to Lake Villa Tire & Service they are so honest, quick, kind, and truly accommodating. I will continue to return and recommend them.
Today I went in for an oil change, with my two kids and it was too cold and windy to walk around outside like I normally do. They immediately changed the channel to Sesame Street and got my car done as quickly as possible. Small gestures that make the world of difference. Thank you!

Great service. Mike is very honest. He could have said my brakes needed to be replaced and charged me to replace them, but he didn't. He was honest and let me know they didnt really need to be replaced. Also did brakes on our other car, did an oil change, and fixed 2 leaks. Great guy! And great jobs done! Very informative as well. Definitely would reccomended! -Nicole

I got a nail in my tire and luckily they had the tires in stock. They got the new tires on the same day at a very reasonable price. Just 2 months later I got another nail in my tire. It was covered under warranty. They ordered the tire and once it was in the following business day I was in and out in 15 minutes. I cannot say enough about lake Villa Tire and Service other than I highly recommend them.

I was a loyal customer for a couple years but the last visit changed that. I went for an oil change and noticed a leak a few days after. They claimed to fix it but now I see they just smeared epoxy all over so no one else can change the oil next time. I don't think they do ethical work. Make sure you check their work afterwards.
