First time going in today & let me say this. My car was ✨D I S G U S T I N G ✨ , but they did such an awesome job. Like. Believe me. They did great. Mind you. I have 3 kids & they made my car look like I don’t have kids the customer service was great too, super nice and polite … def will be my go to spot next time. Worth the price. Again thanks! 😅😅

This is the only place I get my truck washed. Amazing Ownership and Great Staff. My truck looks amazing after every wash! Make sure to talk to Danny, owner and operator. He will take great care of you!!!

I have been to this car wash before and loved the experience, my car has been never looked so clean. However, today I went for a car wash and I was very disappointed. My car still had crumbs and did not look clean! I paid for a number 3 wash and feel that it was not a worth the price. Hopefully next time it will be better

I always have an exceptional experience at Irving Park Hand Car Wash. Danny and his team make an effort not only to produce quality work, but also to connect personally with each and every customer that comes in. They get the job done quick, and I’ve never had an issue. They’ve even gotten melted candy off of my car seat! I recommend Danny and the IPHCW team to everyone I know, and I will never go anywhere else now that I’ve taken my car to IPHCW!

My review was actually for a wash from 2 weeks ago on a Saturday.
First off, I'll start with a response to your rude reply.. in my opinion you should not be responding with such hostility.
My wash was done on a Saturday when you only had "3 guys" working ( you were walking around the sitting area/cashiers and telling this to your friend, the one that was showing you the gun out of his backpack.. rings a bell?) anyways, as far as the actual experience goes.. my car was not washed properly. The actual windshield had smudges, side molding has fingerprints etc. Only thing
