I had them do a tune up on my specialized hybrid bike. It was cheaper than most places but also took over a week or so and my bike didn't function well. Brake sticking. I'll have to return to have it fixed.

My Cérvelo R5 was born here. I've known Ozzy the brilliant owner of this bike shop for some quite time now. Till recently I told him that if the day comes that I became a millionaire of course the first thing I'm going to do is build a lot of philanthropic institutions and in order for me to continue doing that, he needs to make me a co-owner of this bike shop. Yes, besides all the businesses I will own (when that time comes, please pray for me lol), I will invest in this bike shop hands down.

These guys are the real deal...they love bikes and people and everything that brings those 2 things together. My bike has been in storage for a couple of years. Just got it out and am planning a fun ride with some friends this weekend. I noticed it wasn't shifting right but did not have time to take it in for a full tuneup. So I popped in, explained my issue and they tweaked my derailleur and I was on the road in 5 minutes...no charge. I can hardly wait to bring my bike back for the tuneup it needs. Very thankful to have Fenix Cycling in our neighborhood.

Great bike shop been a customer for about two years. great service friendly people. they are very busy but get their customers bikes repaired in a timely manner. highly recommend them to anyone. was referred by a friend. glad to be a customer there

Nice new staff. But still haven't seen Ossie, the owner and main technician there, since the shop recently re-opened. He was the main reason I've been going there pre-pandemic. My recent MTB tuneup took about 2 weeks, instead of the 3 - 4 days that I had grown accustomed to over the years. Am wondering if there has been a change in many. .

This bike shop is great! Found an old bike in my garage took it in for new tires and a tune up. I brought it back a couple of days later thinking there was a problem with the chains but it was just the saddle being old. The employees were so nice and the associate who fixed my bike even took it out for a ride and adjusted the saddle. He was quite informative and friendly! Will be back and definitely recommend this shop!

My first experience with Fenix was when I selected them to deliver my electric mountain bike that was purchased from the mfr online almost two years ago. It turns out this was the best decision I could have made and I now have a bike shop that I turn to for all of my repairs and future purchases.

They did a great job prepping the new bike and their suggestions of adding a dropper post and going tubeless was right on as I soon saw the need of these must haves for mountain bikes. They never try to up sell you on unnecessary repairs or items and their charges have been very fair.

This is actually my first time doing a review for Fenix cycling I've been coming into the shop two years ago and I have to say that their service is exceptional. Not only Ozzy the owner and his staff are very professional but also fast ,efficient and polite.they were doing an upgrade on my bike and for the price and the time It was way better than other shops like rock 'n' roll or Fullerton bikes.

I like the fact that every time something will come up with my bike his staff were always keep communicating with me in every aspect of my upgrades on my bike. I have to say it was hard

I was very disappointed with my experience at Fenix Cycling. I called around bike shops and thought this shop had the best price to get my derailleur adjusted, between $10-20, from when I spoke to them on the phone. Took my bike in for the mechanic to look at and told me it would cost me $15 and would be ready for pick up the following day. Left it, and came back the following day and told me $25. So I questioned the guy why it's $25 when they told me it's $15 when I dropped it off. He said "oh, they had to replace the cables". I said "cables, on a brand new bike?". I dropped my bike off for a tune up and new tires. I don't remember the guys name who helped me but the service was great. He offered to research heavy duty tubes for me and had a company name when I picked it up. Their prices were really competitive and service was great! I'll definitely go there for all of my bicycle needs.

Ozzy hooked me up. I needed a quick repair that I didn't have the right tools for and and other shops around were quoting 2 weeks!

He's friendly, flexible and fair. And the bike's humming again. I'm coming here any time I need repairs, no hassle or waiting in line.

I couldn't figure out how to get my tubeless tire back on. They got it on for me super fast.

Not the same at Fenix. Sad to see them in this state. Not as organized, quality of work has gone down. Lots of mistakes in my simple tune up. They seem like they are just hanging on. Ozzy still there, but he's is more of a mechanic then a businessman. Really losing faith here.

A hidden gem! Fenix cycling is arguably one of the best bike shops in the OC (and I've been to all of them). Ozzy and his staff are knowledgeable, superb mechanics, and they treat you like family. I just bought a used bike on Craigslist last week, and I wanted it to be tuned up and checked out. Ozzy took care to show me the things that needed to be replaced (rear cassette, chain) and why...and I had him add a couple of additional items on as well. Very reasonable price and the bike looks almost brand new. They are such an incredible resource for anything bike related...and the best part is that they are honest and trustworthy.

Best bicycle repair shop that ive found in North O.C. hands down. Ozzi is so extremely helpful, he explains everything in detail and has never tried to replace something that I didnt ask for of upsell me. The quality of work has always been top notch. I've only taken our electric bikes (we have 4 of them) in for repairs/tune-ups and its never been a problem even though they dont sell those brands. He's helped order parts as needed and explained when we needed to call in for warranty work even though it meant he wouldnt be making the money off of the service.
