Wouldn't you rather hire K&M to refinish your bathroom instead of spending hours researching the "how-tos" on YouTube, or pumping the store clerks at the home improvement store for information?
Just finished this three seasons porch for a customer and now they have the extra outdoor space they wanted. The finished walls consist of bead board on lower half of wall with mold and mildew resistant sheet rock on the upper half. The ceiling is comprised of 3/4 inch tongue and groove boards stained so it would stand out.

I hired K&M Rebuilding for a basement renovation after this (very wet) summer. Wow! From our initial meeting all the way through final inspection, I've never had a more conscientious, thorough, and communicative contractor. All of the work from drywall to electrical, retiling, ceiling replacement, and code updates, was very clean, extremely professional, and done ON TIME and on budget! I couldn't believe how quickly the space transformed, particularly with the supply chain troubles of the Covid era. Most importantly, Matt kept us 100% updated with the progress of the project. We hired Matt to remodel our common bathroom and we could not be happier with the work he has done.
Everything looks perfect!
From the first day we got in touch to the last day of the job, Matt has been very responsive, took in consideration our budget and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it to be, even the small touches.

First let me start by saying that our project was completed right before the pandemic hit. So, we have been meaning to share our experience for quite some time.
Matt remodeled our two full bathrooms. In comparison of the before and after, it’s like night and day and they are unrecognizable. In fact, I can’t even remember what our former bathrooms looked like before because our new bathrooms certainly make the old ones forgettable. They are exquisite! Exactly what we asked for and more.

Matt of K&M is simply the best ! He has done many small projects for us over the years. We were in need of someone to complete the interior of our lake cottage and we knew Matt would do a great job.
