Awesome family skiing spot! We were just up for the 3-day MLK weekend and are so grateful to Bolton Valley for such an amazing trip. We stayed in a 1-bedroom timeshare unit in the hotel with our 3 young kids and it was so convenient to the lifts and restaurants. We had dinner one night at the tavern and the kids loved the pizza. On a weekend when the freezing weather could have put a damper on things, we enjoyed the sports center on Saturday when things were super cold before skiing (pool, hot tub, sauna, ping pong, indoor skateboard park with bounce house, etc.). An incredible family run resort. If you are looking to have a true Vermont stay without the high end frizzle from the fancy resorts 15 minutes away, then Bolton valley is your spot.
My kids are 12 , 10, and 7, and all different ski abilities. They loved the place! Comfortable, adorable rooms, super friendly staff!
Japanese rice tacos on from a food truck on the mountain was our favorite spot for lunch! So unique and tasty!
We were there between Christmas week and new year. We had a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen for our family of 5.
The water was out for half of our stay but the management made

I skied at Bolton Valley for the first time this season today. 12/21/21.
A guest in the lodge was waiting for AAA to arrive to repair a flat tire in the parking lot. Benjamin, of Guest Services, assured him they would be there soon. He also offered the man a complimentary hot chocolate while he waited. This is the kind of service that sets Bolton apart from the larger areas. I've been skiing at Bolton Valley for over 20 years. This is one of the reasons why. The people here go the extra mile.

My partner and I stayed here for a few days on our trip to Vermont. Since we weren’t here during ski season, I can’t speak to that experience BUT I would be willing to bet it’s a wonderful place for ski-in and ski-out. The view from our room is beautiful; it’s so nice to wake up and see the mountains so close. For us, the main appeal is to have a retreat that is surrounded by nature but also reasonably close to Burlington and other places in Vermont that we wanted to explore. This place checks all the boxes! It’s really beautiful and cozy with plenty of hikes and easy access to nature

I have gone skiing here a total of 6 times with my school's ski and board program and every time it was great. This is one of the few places with night skiing still around and is a wonderful place to learn how to ski while allowing the more experienced people to dive the drops. The glades are abundant and challenging but fun and the sequestered nature of the resort within the valley makes for a beautiful scenic view. At night you can look into the horizons and see the lights of Burlington. The food in the lodge is very good and the stone stove made pizza on the second floor is some of the best
