I was charged with 2 felony counts based on no more evidence than a person going to the police with a story. I retained the Erkers as Tom was my father's attorney for over 30 years. Ryan informed me that we had a real fight on our hands and I learned the meaning of prosecutorial overreach first hand. I planned on, and was prepared to take my case trial, however after the prosecutor decided to interview the witness 7 months after filing the charges, she realized that she no longer had a cooperating or competent witness.
