Terrible experience is one thing, loosing your dream
home over your inspectors lack of knowledge is another. He writes it up to scare you off, no one will ever buy a house with this guy. Focusing on cosmetic, easily fixed issues, over any major concerns. Hire someone else that truly knows what they are doing before they scare you off from buying your dream home.

Michael was GREAT. Such a knowledgeable professional. He was at the location before I arrived. Fully equipped with temperature meters and drones for viewing the roof. Full report with pictures and explanations. Professional response from the beginning starting with their receptionist. A full thorough inspection of the property. I was very happy with the professionalism, friendliness, affordability, and quality of work done. I would highly recommend. Even my realtor was impressed!

I am a little afraid to review this fabulous company because if the review is too good they will get too busy and may not have time for me when I need them at the last minute. Joking aside, Mike G & Mike L are truly the nicest, hardworking and honest Home Inspectors I've worked with over the last 20+ years.
