Services
The reasons for choosing individual counseling are as varied as the people who come to see us. A client may desire to heal a past or current trauma, or gain insight into and learn coping skills for anxiety and depression. Some individuals want to expand their understanding of self and explore more existential questions such as, "Why am I here?"

Ron is a Maine Licensed Psychologist and a Board Certified Diplomate in Sex Therapy ( AASECT). He received his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Nebraska in 1969. After completing a post-doctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School, he began his career at the Boston University Counseling Center.
Deb has had a life-long passion for explorations of Spirit and for the deeper meanings of our personal relationships. She has studied Conscious Relationship and sexuality with leading teachers in that field: John and Jennifer Welwood, Terry Real, Robert and Judith Gass, to name a few. In 2005 Deb completed four years of shamanic training with Evelyn Rysdyk and Allie Knowlton of Spirit Passages.
Carolyn is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who works with people going through difficult life transitions, as well as people who wish to feel more "on purpose" in their lives. Many couples and individuals come to Carolyn looking for personal development and growth. You don't need to be suffering; you may simply be seeking greater fulfillment in your life and relationship.
