Traveling out of town for work, I picked up a nail in my tire. I was able to make an appointment online, and was able to get into the shop for repairs very quickly! Once I arrived I was greeted and asked the nature of my repair. The mechanic looked over my vehicle for safety issues and made sure the only issue I was going to have was the nail in my tire. I was given good options for repairs and service and was not pressured to take any of the higher prices options(which were reasonable). The repair was complete in minutes, and I am back on the road thanks to Thatcher Tire! Excellent, friendly,
