The paper work i received is not accurate, when I dropped it off miles are correct with 65819 however durning the test drive they put 30 miles on my pickup 65841, and they started the test drive at 1025am and did not get back to there shop until 11 40am , yes GM and OnStar location alerts tell you where your vehicle is. Then they waited until 1207pm.. to tell me it was done.. I'm like o really, when I went to pick it up... I asked what kind of Oil they put in, they said "Synthetic" no kidding scherlok what brand ? I was not asked what I wanted ... and this is B/S There is so

My daughter got in a car accident and their towing reported to the scene. They would not accept our AAA out to where we live 25 minutes from their shop and left my daughter stranded off the interstate in an abandoned gas station until another company came and took her home. She waited there alone for 45 minutes. Very uncaring and selfish owner. Would never do business with him.

The primary reason I now always take my vehicles to Troy’s is that they always call to explain what repairs need to be made and then allow you to make the decisions. They always are very helpful in explaining things as well as very punctual. I appreciate also that they're always keeping an eye out for the overall maintenance of our vehicles so we are aware of repairs that may need to be made in the future.
